Colleen and her daughter Bella work hand in hand with each other to make their clients look and feel their best from head to toe.
Top Notch & Cloth was founded in 1984 by Colleen and her mother, Brenda, who worked side by side until her retirement is 2017. Bella joined the team and the “mother daughter duo” continues!
We carry a thoughtfully chosen line of products that are the best for you and the planet, as well as a boutique, all in a beautiful space.

I love beautiful hair that brings out the best in you! I grew up watching my mom perform the art of hairdressing, and she could do a beehive among other things like no other.
I had the honor of working side by side with her for over 30 years in this studio salon that we built from the ground up.
I have trained with many very talented professionals in the beauty industry over the years. My passion is to create a unique look for my client that will suit not only their style, but lifestyle as well!
When I’m not working, you can find me digging in the garden, treasure hunting, or painting a room on a whim!
BELLA
Stylist + Esthetician
Growing up watching my mom and grandmother work their magic in the salon, I knew by the age of 5 that this was the profession for me!
I have a passion for all things color, especially blondes, lived in color, and long hair. I am also the salon’s esthetician where I love to help my client’s with their skincare challenges and bring our their inner glow with our fabulous line of Italian Skincare.
On my days off, I am most likely riding a horse, sewing swimwear, or spending time with my partner in crime…Bentley.

Tuesday: 9am - 7pm
Wednesday: 4pm - 8pm
Thursday: 9am - 7pm
Friday: 9am - 12pm
